Not gonna lie, I was a little frustrated with the customer service experience. I reached out to Where I’m From with a question about my order, and it took a couple days before I heard anything back.

When they did finally reply, they were polite and answered my question, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just felt a bit slow, and I did have to follow up once before getting a response.
In the end, my order turned out fine, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just wish the support side had been a little quicker. Not bad, but not great either

I got a shirt from whereimfrom.com for my brother’s birthday, and he really liked it. It was one of those gifts that felt simple but still thoughtful, which is always a win.

I liked that it had our hometown on it, because it made it feel more personal than just picking up some random shirt. The size worked out well too, which I was a little unsure about when ordering.

it’s just a practical gift idea if you’re shopping for someone who’s hard to buy for. I could definitely see myself ordering again for birthdays, holidays, or anytime I need an easy but meaningful gift

I’m really happy with this shirt. It just feels good to wear, and it’s held up nicely after a few washes.

The shirt is fine, I guess, but it feels like it cost way too much for what you actually get. Not terrible, just wouldnt buy it again at this price.

I ordered a shirt with my hometown on it, but when it showed up, it had a completely different city instead. To be fair, the size was right and the shirt itself seemed fine, but the whole reason I bought it was for the hometown design, so that was disappointing.
Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days and they asked me to send photos before anything could move forward. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but for such a simple order, it was more annoying than it needed to be.

Like I said, the site was easy to get around. I found what I was looking for fast, and like I said, it didn’t feel confusing or annoying to use.

I had to exchange a hoodie because the size was off. At first I was like, okay, no big deal, it happens. The exchange did go through and everything worked out in the end. But then the replies started taking a few days, and suddenly I was annoyed. Return shipping was also kind of a hassle. So yeah, it was fine overall, but not exactly smooth.

The shirt is snug—actually, I probably should say tighter than I expected. I should’ve ordered a size up, but it’s still wearable.

I ordered from Where I'm From thinking it’d show up in a normal timeframe, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept doing that thing where you check the tracking every day, hoping it moved, and for a while it felt like it was just sitting in the same spot.
I totally get that delays happen, but there really weren’t many updates, so it got frustrating fast. By the time the order finally arrived, I was more relieved than excited, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again

This wasn’t comfy at all. The material feels rough and stiff, and it never really softened up like I hoped. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about it, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

I liked it. The designs feel unique and not like the usual stuff you see on every other site. A few pieces really caught my eye, adn it just felt more personal I guess. Definitely a nice find.
